Return and Refund
At WySE Products, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the appliance for any reason will allow for refund of payment if a return claim is started 90 days from the date of purchase. Refund is eligible if customer can provide proof of purchase and returns all of the product to WySE Products LLC.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Store Credit: For eligible cases, customers may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@wyseproducts.com. Depending on stock availability, exchanges may take additional time to process.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email contact@wyseproducts.com or call (201) 603-2597 with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exceptions
For issues not covered above or for items damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately upon receipt of your order. Provide photographs of the damage and a description of the issue to facilitate prompt resolution.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping fees may apply.
