WySE Products warrants that the Total Pet Kitchen cooking device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
Customer dissatisfaction with the appliance for any reason will allow for refund of payment if a return claim is started 90 days from the date of purchase. Refund is eligible if customer can provide proof of purchase and returns all of the product to WySE Products LLC.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Took a little trial & error for the first two times to get the mixture to extrude smoothly (which were done the same day) but TPK reached out to me through email & fb message to help me figure it out. After trying their suggestion to use less liquid, the mixture came out just fine! It used to take me 1.5 to 2 days making my dogs food with our other cooler, which I could only do about one package of chicken (including grains, veggies, fruit etc) without it overflowing and that was about one batch of food. Now with the TPK including prep time, cook time & extrude time it takes me maybe an hour or less to make one batch. I’m able to make a few batches in one day and have a few weeks of food prepped in one day! Plus with the TPK I don’t have to worry about breaking up the chicken & getting burnt on the pot, I don’t have to worry if the rice is cooked or if the veggies are still too hard, everything is cooked & mixed perfectly and dispensed easily where all I have to do is divide it into their portioned containers. Also cleaning is so easy since I can just put the pieces in the dishwasher & sometimes I just clean by hand since. I would recommend getting the TPK to people who only make homemade dog food for their dogs & want an easier, less messy way to do so! It is a wonderful concept. I really love the way it cooks and mixes however I could not get my machine to extrudeand it makes a bit of mess. I guess since I had to remove it myself. Their customer service is great. My original machine had a crack in it which had to have happened during shipping because the machine itself was packed great. They sent me a ups ticket to send the broken one back and sent me another one within 2 days. I recommend the TPK for anyone who wants to make their own pet food.
